“Biological time” in linguistic consciousness (based on historical epics)

Abstract

Thee article is based on the study of folklore, including the language of historical epics in the anthropocentric direction. By considering the language of epics in a cognitive aspect, it is possible to identify the essence of our nation. Because they provide information from the history of the nation of that period. In article, we have analyzed the biological expression of "time" with the help of linguistic units taken from the texts of historical poems. In paper, we have identified ways of transmitting the biological representation of time in epics, based on the theoretical data of researchers. In this representation of time, we observe how the characters of the epic are born, become men, go to the enemy, become khans. The lexemes of youth/old age express antonymic relations: one was the beginning of life, other was taken as the end of life. Additionally, it turned out that youth is the most important period in the life of heroes and judges. We believe that in the view of our people, youth is the time of a person's life when he does important things. The article examines the nature of biological time, broken down into periods of childhood, adolescence and elderly.
