Change in Reference Formatting Requirements (APA Style)

Dear authors,

The Editorial Board of the Bulletin of L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University. Philology Series informs you that starting from September 2025, all reference lists in submitted manuscripts must follow the APA Style (7th edition).

Please ensure that your references meet this requirement when preparing your manuscript. Submissions that do not comply with APA formatting may be returned for revision or rejected at the initial review stage.

You can find detailed examples on APA-style article formatting in the “Article design template” available on the official journal website.

Paper acceptance deadlines

Scientific journal “Bulletin of L.N.Gumilyov Eurasian National University. Philology series” publishes 4 issues per year. The journal website opens 10 days before the date of acceptance of research papers.

Deadlines for submitting research papers:

Issue No. 1 (January – March): before December 30;

Issue No. 2 (April – June): before March 31;

Issue No. 3 (July – September): before June 30;

Issue No. 4 (October – December): before September 30.
