This article examines the different linguistic characteristics of men and women in the communication
process. No human community can function together and understand each other without contact between
people. Communication is a multifaceted process that develops contacts between people, stems from the need
to work together. Features of communication with the opposite sex in dialogue speech are one of the problems that require special analysis and research. In general, it is difficult for people to communicate with the opposite
sex from an early age. There are a number of important objective reasons that cause a communication problem
between a man and a woman. Every educated person should be able to foresee the cause and effect of this. These
reasons are primarily related to the «natural» differences between men and women that occur during human
evolution and are reflected in their behavior and communication. Nature did not create man and woman in
the same way. Men and women have innate, unique facial expressions and gestures. Unlike women, it is more
difficult for men to form their thoughts orally correctly, and therefore incomplete sentences are more men’s
speeches than in women’s. Studies show that there are gender differences in both men’s and women’s speech
behavior at both lexical and grammatical speech levels.
