The article considered the TV programs of the Channel "Balapan" as a TV discourse. A literary review of research was carried out, which considered the theoretical and practical problems of television science. From this literary review, it was seen that although the language of television is generally considered, there is no research on children's television. Therefore, the article showed that the study of children's television is of high relevance. For the first time in this research article, the term children's Television course was used, and the correspondence//non-compliance of the TV course with the orthoepic norm, the sound intensity was determined using the Speech Analyzer method. The segments of the high and low pitch of the telecom were shown by the image. The orthoepic characteristics of language units that have perlocutive functions are analyzed and language analysis is carried out. These analyses have shown that the desire to preserve the natural basis of language is due to the correct adherence to the orthoepic norm.
