The article analyzes the author’s skill of the writer A.Nurshaikhov in writing an
epistolary novel. The epistolary work “The Writer and His Friends”, written about the writer M.Imanzhanov,
who made a great contribution to the Kazakh literature, is comprehensively discusses. Memories are
studied differentially, correspondence with the writer, the individual nature, the high position of the writer
in the writing of the novel are described. There will also be an analysis of his creative personality, patriotic
image and the content of the memory of M.Imanzhanov in the education of patriotic citizens discussed.
Analyzing excerpts from the memories and letters of correspondence of friends of M. Imanzhanov,
we remember the civilian image of the patriot, the secrets in his soul, and look at his inner world. So the
writer’s letters will become one of the valuable spiritual treasures.
