Елімізде оқу бітірген жас маман өз саласы бойынша жұмыс істеу барысында
белгілі бір тілдік талаптар мен дағдыны меңгеруі тиіс. Қазақ тілінде білім алған жастарға бұндай тілдік құзыреттіліктер қиындық тудырмағанмен, орысша білім алған жас маман қазақ тілінің кәсіби-бағдарлы тілдік қолданысына бірден төселе алмасы анық. Зерттеу барысында жұмыс берушілерге жолданған сауалнама нәтижелеріне тоқтала отырып, қазіргі жас маманның қазақ тілін
кәсіби тұрғыда меңгеруінің жалпы деңгейін айқындай алдық. Жұмыста қарастырылған сараптама
бойынша қазіргі қазақ тілі, сөз мәдениеті, кәсіби тілдік құзыреттілік деңгейлері талданды.
