A young specialist who has completed his studies in the country must have certain
language skills in accordance with the requirements of work in his field. For young people who received
education in the Kazakh language, such language competencies were not difficult; however, a young
specialist who received education in Russian cannot immediately contribute to the professionally-oriented
language use of the Kazakh language. During the study, we focused on the results of the survey with the
employers, and were able to determine the overall level of professional knowledge of the Kazakh language
of the young specialist nowadays. The work analyzed the level of the modern Kazakh language, culture of
speech and professional language competence.
