Abstract

Article considered Russia Federation, CIS and abroad indigenous Turkic peoples living
in some regions the scope of the history of the rise of one of the nogailiterary, historical periods status. Turkic languages of the peoples of Russia, the existing policy, the scope of the Nogai range of language
and literature, social service, the basis for the development of the analysis. The formation of the Nogai
language alphabet, phonetic and lexical features, say researchers. Nogai language Kazakh and Karakalpak
languages is rooted in kinship, one of three vessels of the base of the literature of the population, is that the
ancient poets of the three nations. Nogai language current status, level of training, social and political life
and the future status is considerated. Squeezed out of the Nogai language information space, the domestic
industry exclusion reasons.
