Linguocultural nature of the concept kȍk in the Kazakh language

The article provides information about the concept kȍk and considers the types of conceptual analysis. The system of concepts is considered as an element that paves the way for the study of national culture. The article analyses the ways of knowledge of the linguistic picture of the world by the Kazakh people through the concept kȍk. The purpose of the scientific article is to study the semantic and structural development and use of the concept kȍk in linguistic units and to determine the conceptual content of the selected concepts in the cognitive aspect. To achieve this goal, scientific definitions of the concept, conceptual field, linguistic picture of the world were given, on the basis of which the concept was given its own definition by the author. The expression of the concept kȍk in cognitive discourse (set expressions, blessing, prose, poetry) was determined by real language data. The analysis of macroconcepts that determine the cognitive and linguocultural nature of the concept kȍk is carried out. The linguistic data that define the concept of kȍk were studied using the methods of conceptual-semantic, linguoculturological analysis. A comprehensive deep knowledge of the world of flower names in the Kazakh language is of great practical importance. In particular, the result of studying the nature of the concept kȍk and the phrases that emerged from it is a valuable material necessary for teaching the lexicology of the Kazakh language, semasiology, phraseology, cognitive linguistics, linguoculturology, etc.
