Abstract

This article discusses the question of Islamic terminology in the Chinese tradition
and its development. Also defined the peculiarities of Chinese writing, which are used in the
process of cultural diffusion. A religious question was determined as a basis for regulating the
social and economic, national and political relations in the Chinese society. Clarified the spread
and periods of Islam in China, analyzed methods used to translate, words which formulated in the
theological literature
