Abstract

In the 21st century new mythological consciousness encompasses all aspects of life,
both artistic and social the creative transformation of life. Authors in new mythological works through
fragment of a myth or several archetypical images, interpret own ideas, as evidenced by the works of
Kazakhstani authors of the new wave. In their works, along with Sufi, Turkic, ancient and biblical images
and motifs are presented. An example of this is the stories of Kazakhstani prose writers A. Altai, L. Konys,
A. Kim, B. Dzhilkibaev apply to the ancient images of centaurs and other mythological images interspersed
with modern realities of life. The works are built on a literary, newly interpreted myth, they are deeply
psychological.
