The article considers the methodology of language teaching and the educational
and methodological complex (EMC) of the discipline «Kazakh language» in the learning process
in accordance with modern requirements. In the development of lexical and cognitive topics, it is
proposed to take into account certain indicators of language programs and standards, as well as
the implementation of established rules. One of the most important problems is the analysis of the
volume and content of texts for reading and listening, as well as the strengthening of the role of the lexical minimum in monologues and dialogues. The implementation of the special part «Spiritual
values in the worldview of the Kazakh people» and the development of exercises and tasks is
explained by the implementation of the «Rukhani zhangyru» program in the field of education
