Abstract

Adding of affixes to the root for morphology is based on phonetics, its laws and derived
words, and is associated with historical grammar when it comes to meaningful changes in the content
of its applications. New names appear on the basis of the matching of vowels and consonants, and also
appear through sound effects. Changes in sound allow to change the meaning of the word and save the
kernel of their previous value, which leads to a new formation. The so-called sound effects are referred
to phonetic methods of word formation. Thez article discusses the connection between phonetics and the
word-formation of the modern Kazakh language. Particular attention is drawn to the fact that various
phonetic and phonological phenomena are involved in word formation, its scientific and theoretical bases.
