Abstract

In this article problem of exchange of terms, as well as the problem of creating a single
terminology in the Turkic languages is considered.
Terminology resources is a linguistic phenomenon subject to changes. The development of
science contributes to the emergence of a wave of new terms. In the absence of an analogy of new term,
exchange of terms takes place in the language. This is an objective law. It is impossible to prevent
exchange of terms, but this process needs to be done properly. Exchange of terms is a natural process
taking place in any language. In order for concepts to be perceived as terms, to obtain widespread use of
them, their common application is necessary. In this regard, on the experience used in the Turkic languages
it is necessary to create new terms by comparing their uniformity.
The language policy pursued in the field of terminology is one of the priorities in strengthening
statehood, in strengthening the social function of the state language.
