The purpose of this article is to consider national precedent phenomena as
units that embody information about the characteristics of national cultures. This report provides
an overview of the phenomenon of case law, examines its history and basic criteria. Particular
attention is paid to the concept of a precedent name and its history. Currently, the development of case-based semantics of nouns has become an important
part of the conceptualization process and performs the functions of assessment / evaluation in
determining the image of the world in the national language. For this reason, the previous IE is
in the field of research, which concerns the culturally specific nature of phenomena that have
cognitive potential in modern linguistic research. Case-law national identity is also important in
exploring the relationship between language and thinking, language and culture.
