This article examines the views and opinions of scientists on the study of exclamatory
sentences of the Kazakh language. Similarly, although exclamatory sentences were the object of a special
study in the Kazakh language, there was no special study of their structure and relative characteristics
within the text. And so, on the study of exclamatory sentences in the Kazakh language, the following
conclusions can be drawn а) 20-40 years of the last centure; b) 40-90 years; c) after the 90’s. The general
judgment of scientists of those times: exclamation sentences are pronounced with a special intonation and
express the speaker’s emotional attitude to actions.
Differences of opinion and views: in the initial period, exclamation sentences were considered
together with orders: by the end of the present time, the name “tone of sound” was proposed depending
on the peculiarities of the sound in conversation, in a can sequence, this sentence was not accepted, the
exclamation sentence was considered separately from the order sentence in the last period, the exclamation
sentence was viewed as a phenomenon of reasoning.
