Abstract

Translation of the Kazakh language into Latin script, along with the support of the
community, aroused lively discussion, different views and various discussions. The working group of
experts reviewed, analyzed and discussed. Were noted and shortcomings. Unsuitable letters, incoming sounds and prints have increased. There were also discussions in the field of redundant symbols, apostrophes
and diaphragms. Reading, reading and learning were a problem. Proceeding from this worked the
working group, representatives of the educational and scientific sphere, experts in the field of information
technologies and experts. As a result, the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On
the transfer of the Kazakh language from Cyrillic to the Latin script» (October 26, 2017) was changed and
presented to the general public (19, 2017). However, the problem of the alphabet, «one-to-one», is not
easy to perform. The difficulties that prevent writing, teaching and teaching are also reflected in the recent
version of Decree and Change (19, 2018). It is obvious that world practice and linguistic legitimacy must
be taken into account.
