Formation of foreign language speech activity in a multilingual environment

The authors of the article, discusse the question of the current changes in educational
system. One of them is new format of education in multilingual environment. The authors of article pay
attention to educational process in case of education in multilingual environment. Also, the authors
learned nowadays’ situation, the development and the role of multilingual environment in the Republic of
Kazakhstan. In the modern Republic of Kazakhstan develops different programs and projects in frames
of multilingualism. According to them, the article considers the changes, results, influences of them in
educational system of Kazakhstan. At the same time, the authors determine the role and importance of
English language in multilingual environment. The authors of the article suggests some methods and
technologies to formate students’ and pupils’ speech activity in case of multilingual environment. Also,
they give some factors that helps to motivate and raises interests of students and pupils to formulate
English speech activity in terms of multilingual environment.
