The following article demonstrates the significance of educational scientific research
synthesis in higher educational organizations in order to reach the overall efficiency regarding particular
activities. The criteria of a “scientific research” is defined as a priority in research assessment not only
in educational organizations. However, it is prioritized by specialized tutors as well. The given article
analyses current circumstances of modern science in higher educational organizations in Kazakhstan and
their representatives. As an instance, considering the Foreign Philology Department, the L.N.Gumilyov
ENU illustrates one of the possible ways to acquire harmonic interaction of educational-scientific research
based on a regular university
