The article discusses the genres of poetry, including directions and artistic
peculiarities of contemporary Kazakh poetry and the corresponding conclusions have been made.
Speaking of the linguistic and artistic peculiarities of poet Galym Zhailybai poet, who is a golden
poet of Kazakh poetry, he is talking about the poet’s worldview and vision. The main cornerstone
of poetry is the analysis of the main heroic heart of the poet, who lives alongside folklore. The
poet Galym Zhailybai devoted most of his poetry to domestic and historical poems. That’s why
the poems in it are straightforward and sequential. Innovative search and fresh views brought to
Kazakh poetry undoubtedly gave a new impetus to the reader’s heart. Thus, the poet’s legends and
truth-based poetry are explained in detail and formulated
