The article deals with the program “Ruhani zhangyru”, initiated by Elbasy
- the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The author believes that highlighting the
modernization of public consciousness was natural and necessary. Elbasy underlines specific
projects to be implemented in the coming years. First of all, this is the transition of the Kazakh
language to the Latin alphabet. One of the main priorities is the translation of the 100 best world
textbooks on humanitarian disciplines into the state language and the program “Tugan Jer” (Native
Land), which will create the possibility of public supporting the “small homeland” from the public
and teaching patriotism to youth. Also, the author cites data on works aimed at modernizing
consciousness in the field of education and science.
